I have spent my career growing businesses, leading global teams, and navigating complex markets. From scaling a 500-million-dollar business to over 4 billion, to building high performing teams across Europe, China and the US, I have always been drawn to ambitious challenges. After two decades in CPG and biotech, I decided to focus my energy on something more purpose driven. I am now the founder and CEO of Taylo AI, an education technology company transforming how we support children in school with neurodiversity. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗗𝗼 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼 𝗔𝗜 Taylo is an Agentic-AI powered platform that delivers real time, personalised support to the pupils who need it most. It is like giving every child their own expert teacher. We combine deep insights into how pupils learn with proven teaching approaches to make education more inclusive and more accessible. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 The idea for Taylo came from a deeply personal place. Supporting my daughter through the school system showed me how overwhelming the classroom can be for neurodiverse pupils. It is not just that they are misunderstood. The pace, the volume, and the format of schoolwork can be too much to manage without extra help. I saw the frustration, the heartbreak, and the slow erosion of confidence in a child who simply needed the right kind of support to understand, engage, and thrive. And I also saw how hard teachers were working, doing their best in a system that simply does not give them the time, tools or support to meet every child’s unique needs. We are building a platform that adapts to the child, supports the classroom, and helps make truly personalised and adaptive learning possible. Pupils get the guidance they need, and teachers gain an ally that works with them, not against them.
