At OUTFRONT, we are bringing out-of-home media into the contemporary age of digital audience marketing with measurable ROI. This end to end ecosystem requires purpose-built digital edge devices, broad technical operations unlike anything previously in the market, evolved dynamic value-based products, programmatic integrations, channel management, our industry's positioning / presentation & associated pricing, UX and evolved business modeling; to which partnerships and thinking differently are key. This project has more potential than any other I have seen. Every day is a challenge - yet always exciting. I spent 20 years+ advising and raising capital for every conceivable model across Tech, Media and Telecom; and then the last 10 evolving new tech/operational models for traditional businesses. I was fortunate enough to work with mgmt teams to find strategic transformation opportunities for their companies - building functional operational alternatives to grow in new directions. Together with them, we developed new ways to manage content production across the biggest Hollywood studios; built a nationwide network of 3D projectors and a digital delivery system for films to theatres; established completely new business models for content and customer information throughout hospitality and hospitals ... amongst many other amazing projects.
