Starting as an apprentice electrician I qualified to approved electrician at 22, I then moved into electrical and mechanical engineering role within the kitchen manufacture sector for a machinery importer and supplier. following several paths, I have been lucky enough to act in senior management roles which have taught me how business works with project roles up to £350 million. some years ago I had a change of direction and entered the agriculture sector leading me back into engineering and maintenance in the poultry industry, working on and developing systems for rearing birds, egg production and fast moving packing lines. My desire to run a business has never left me and so, in the depths of the pandemic, I started once more. This venture has been quite fast moving and has seen the business become the technical service and support team to SKOV in the UK. We are tasked with commissioning poultry and pig units along with remedial works to Skov installations. We have had in-depth training in Denmark which is an ongoing program to enable us to become the go to company in the UK for help and support with SKOV systems. We have recently been awarded a dealership in the UK with VAL-CO equipment, supplying feeding, drinking and cooling systems, something that compliments our relationship with Skov ventilation giving us a complete package to bring to the sector. Also now working with Valli as their support team in the UK, offering service, repairs and installation of equipment, belt repair/replacement, under system scrapers, manure conveyors. we are very pleased and excited about our ability to install and commission full systems. As we are progressing along our track, we continue to recommission and support existing clients and systems, making significant improvements, gaining service contracts where we monitor the performance weekly and report on our findings, this works well. Full in depth training can also be given to operators and producers to get the best from their systems. This month has seen the inclusion of a further electrician to push on with installation of projects, therefore freeing up time to develop the service and spares side. We are making good progress. As our path progresses I am learning so much, I believe that I am part of a very talented team.
