I am an Operations Supervisor at Guardian Industries, a leading manufacturer of glass products for various industries. I have been in this role for seven months, after working for two years as an Operations Supervisor for Cintas, a Fortune 500 corporation. In my current position, I promote a safety-focused culture, manage labor and daily operations, and ensure effective communication and goal management. I collaborate with contractors and cross-functional teams and monitor production systems to maintain efficiency and quality. I also handle human resources responsibilities, such as interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and reviewing hourly employees. In my previous role, I directed stockroom operations, with authority over a team of 12 direct reports, and oversaw the sourcing and procurement of garments from a worldwide network of vendors. I also managed the application of client emblems and logos to products before delivery. I am passionate about delivering results, improving productivity, and exceeding customer expectations, leveraging my skills in problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. I also co-pioneered the launch and continued business management of a small enterprise, building a customer base of 120 retail shops and direct sales at various events. I enjoy learning new things, taking on challenges, and working with diverse and talented people.
