What started as a 3 month freelance gig on an app at a software start-up turned in to a four year journey. I totally changed the way the company thought about creative and in doing so landed them their biggest client by far.

I helped them transform themselves from an IT consultancy in to a fully fledged software company. We had to be disruptive within the sector and stand out in a crowded market that is traditionally grey and lacklustre. We were a small team but I made us look much bigger and it won us business.

I lead a team of front end and full stack developers in both the US and UK and was responsible for the creative direction of the entire business. I would regularly present to the senior management team and to our customers. 

My roles encompassed Digital Design and Art direction for a UI/UX of the platform. Whiteboard sessions with the head of Innovation solving problems. Style guide and Asset library creation and management. 

Assets for marketing: Drive to site & landing pages and integrating with marketing automation tools. Animations, video/motion for web and event stands. Content creation of thought leadership pieces, Brand guardianship, quality control and creative direction of all of the above to ensure consistency throughout.

Senior Digital Designer – Working on a huge global site redesign for FTI Consulting. Brought in to manage a difficult client relationship, they were ready to walk, we totally turned it around and they expanded the brief further. We turned it in to the 2nd most profitable piece of business in the M&C Saatchi digital hub.
