Promoted as the region's first Solutions Consultant and relocated to our regional headquarters in Singapore responsible for clients across Asia Pacific, I guide my customers in their social journey by helping them with their problems and encouraging them think big. Meltwater is an award-winning, international Software-as-a-Service company offering a suite of cutting edge solutions for reputation management, web-based collaboration, press outreach as well as social and online media monitoring.

As a Senior Client Relations Account Manager I was responsible for a portfolio worth HK$7.2 million comprising of over 120 clients from all over Asia. Proficient in Non-Profit, FMCG, Healthcare, IT, Public Relations, Education, Shipping, Mining, Luxury Consumer Goods, Hospitality, Energy and Recruitment sectors. My key focus started with the South East Asian market before handling a largely North Asian portfolio.

I was also responsible for a two person team, managing an Account Manager also based in Hong Kong, ensuring that monthly team quotas were achieved on top of individual KPIs (upsell rate, new business, etc)

In 2012, I achieved 4 out of 6 targets and was recognised for being the top salesperson in Asia Pacific in March 2012. 

My responsibilities include: Ongoing consultative client support services to all levels of management in Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese and English; maintaining and growing client account; establishing long term relationships; identifying and generating new business opportunities in the areas of mainstream and social media; as well as negotiating implementation and subscription terms.

When the sun sets, I'm an eager traveller and an adventurous photographer.
