When people hear I wake up at 5:30AM, they assume it’s about hustle culture.
It’s not.

At 6AM I’m in the gym, not to get ripped, but to get my head right.

Here’s the thing, she got the backlash for saying…

Wait for it..

SHES BLOODY RIGHT.

Then she apologised and she had "accepted and realised" that what she said "was wrong". 

Really????

What she said was right.

Why the need to apologise?

For all the lazy s***s in the world that cannot, won’t and are too lazy to take action.

We have to stop villainising people that are doing well.

We should support them and encourage them!

This is honestly why 99.9% of people are never going to succeed.

They are too busy moaning and complaining that they don’t have as much time as someone else?

Absolute nonesense.

My Super Power may surprise you...

I'm not actually great at anything. There I said it.

That's a relief...

Now what do I really mean by that?

Well, I realised many years ago, that I was trying to be better than everyone.

Then I realised that they were all good at just one thing.

I wasn't going to be better than them at that.

But it then dawned on me, that I'm actually good at many things, but my super power?

Bringing all the bits I'm good at and stacking them.

Something I think Steven Bartlett has in one of his books...

Basically my (probably) ADHD mind, cannot stick to one thing long enough anyway before I come bored.

SO doing lots of things well... think 80%, is much better.

Stop thinking you have to win every piece of the game.

Mastery isn't winning the sport, but being good at it, then being good at Art and Science too. 

That's where I see business leaders winning right now...

Picture mid cycle last week in Club La Santa, after a great week away with the gym gents... Which is why I was quiet on here....

ChatGPT for strategy and ideation. I do not treat it like Google. I treat it like a digital board member who can simulate expert opinions.

Lovable for creating internal software tools that automate repetitive measurement and documentation.

Motion AI as an executive assistant that helps with scheduling, task alignment, and meeting summaries.

Plaude AI for real-time meeting notes straight from my phone.

These tools work together to make sure I never lose time on low-value activity.

The key is not the tools themselves, but how you integrate them. When AI systems start talking to each other, your productivity compounds.

AI does not replace leadership. It frees leaders to think again.

If I had to start again, I’d build an AI Board of Directors.

Here’s what I did.
I asked ChatGPT to create three non-executive directors for my business:

Jeff Bezos – to challenge my customer-centric thinking, scale strategy, and long-term focus

Alex Hormozi – to push me on value creation, offers, and execution

Steve Jobs – to refine vision, simplicity, and innovation

Then I fed it my STEMS Framework, the methodology I use to scale businesses beyond £10M.
And I asked each “director” to give me 10 questions they’d ask if they were reviewing my plan.

What came back was gold.
It exposed weak points, tested my thinking, and made me consider areas I hadn’t before.

If I could start again, I’d do this from day one.

AI isn’t just for efficiency — it’s for perspective.
You don’t need to guess what Bezos or Jobs might say.
You can ask.

Every market speaks its own language.. and I don’t just mean words.

The culture is different. The sales psychology is different. Even the laws are different.
Something as simple as product legality changes from country to country.
For example, fur products can still be sold in France, but not in the UK.

So if you try to scale globally with a copy-paste strategy, you’ll hit walls fast.

Here’s what I’ve learned from running businesses across Dubai, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Germany, and France:

Don’t assume your offer translates. Test it.

Localise pricing and messaging.

Study the culture before you sell into it.

Hire or partner with people who understand the local buyer.

Scaling internationally isn’t about taking your success abroad.
It’s about adapting your success to each new market.
