On this account, the Domain Lead acted as the primary interface with the customer. 
• Supervised up to 6 analysts on a daily basis in support of a 24x7 operation.
• Managed an Exchange environment containing over 180,000+ mailboxes with 95 servers scattered between five customer data centers globally.
• Provided operations support for a BlackBerry Enterprise Server installation containing 1300+ devices/mailboxes.
• Modified and created Visual Basic and PERL scripts to generate reports per customer requests.

Domain Lead for Email Operations

Ford Motor Company

Business owner/architect for the three proprietary user account provisioning/identity management (IdM) systems and the two key LDAP directories.
• Managed the code development for the proprietary, REXX-scripted, z/VM-hosted user provisioning/IdM system that maintained all Microsoft Active Directory accounts, Exchange mailboxes, Email addresses, and other IdM functions
• Supervised as team lead the business owner/architects of the two proprietary, external user provisioning/IdM systems used to maintain dealer and supplier accounts. Systems were Perl-scripted, Java-base and Sun Solaris/Linux-hosted.  
• Assisted with the Ford Directory Service directory consolidation project, merging the external and internal LDAP directories with a separate B2E directory into one 1.2 million user object AD/AM LDAP directory
• Assisted in troubleshooting issues with the Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS) product used to populate the Ford Directory Service AD/AM LDAP directory
• Provided technical leadership for the deployment of a technical solution to replace governmental identifiers from all IT systems.
• Quantified the scope of the user base (1.2 million users) for the government identifier replacement project through LDAP queries that were piped into Microsoft Access databases for analysis.

Security & Controls Engineer

Lead developer/lead architect for a large Microsoft Exchange Email system deployment. 100+ servers were deployed between 5 data centers world wide with 180000+ mailboxes.
• Migrated user base from legacy IBM PROFS Email system to Microsoft Exchange 5.5 system and from Microsoft Exchange 5.5 to Microsoft Exchange 2000 system
• Initial developer of the migration plan for moving to Microsoft Exchange 2003
• Principle Exchange architect in the deployment of Active Directory schema extensions
• Principle architect of the Public Facing Outlook Web Access (OWA) solution, which allows users to access their mailboxes over the public Internet from a web browser by adding support to OWA for SecurID token authentication
• Principle architect of the Email Application Relay project that locked down open Email relays
• Sole developer of a Visual Basic Outlook add-in application that accessed multiple conference room mailbox Calendars to generate an activity report as a Microsoft Word document

Systems administrator for a large OpenVMS Cluster (1500+ users). Performed daily account maintenance, assisted users, and resolved system issues.
