Maneuvering through the complexities of customer service, I made a splash in the coffee industry at Nespresso, leading a team of 120 members in revolutionizing the coffee experience. Establishing client relationship centers for 15 esteemed Houses under the Richemont Luxury Group in Amsterdam. Venturing globally, I landed in London, where I spearheaded strategic initiatives at Unilever, infusing the atmosphere with vigor. Later, I took charge of talent development at the fashion giant, Inditex. I'm living proof that breaking the mold is where the magic happens.
