I also maintained my account management responsibilities which include business development within an assigned territory and managing two named accounts Cummins Inc. (Diesel Engine Manufacturing) and General Motors (Automotive OEM).

Divisional Practice Lead - Contract Engineering

Manage  2 of our top 5 accounts General Motors and Cummins for the Indianapolis South Office. Responsible for business development and requirement fulfillment within the accounts.  Positions range from technician to high level engineering and engineering management.  Also fulfill requirements outside of these accounts for companies throughout Indiana.

Professional Account Recruiting Manager

Responsible for training and development of new hires. Coach, mentor, and guide through a structured 13 week training program. 

Recruit primarily engineering candidates for positions ranging from entry level to engineering management. Core skill sets include: Product Development, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering (Pro Engineer, Solidworks & Catia primarily), and Product Testing.

Recruiter Lead

Business development of an assigned territory within the Contract Engineering (CE) division of Aerotek. 

Directly managed two recruiters; responsible for their career development and daily activity.

Responsible for recruiting on engineering openings within the state of Indiana. Source for candidates daily, typically filling positions within 2 - 3 days.
