Fluent Education:
-Developed the design of an online store for the subsidiary brand of tourist merchandise in Cape Town, including a customer portal and a blog about Cape Town.
-Created the logo and prints for the subsidiary project "Cape Town or Nowhere," along with additional promotional materials for the company such as presentations, commercial proposals, promo images, and printed materials.
-Provided ongoing consultation for the company over the course of a year on issues related to photo content selection, brand development, website development, and print production.

Ninth Space:
-Collaborated with an international team to develop the structure and design of the website for agency founder Nina Sereday and her podcast "Brands through Stories," discussing business management in the Arabian Peninsula.
-Designed four brochures for the major development project Mar Casa in Dubai, covering all four categories of the Arabian Property Awards. Mar Casa project secured first place in all four categories of the competition.
-Created approximately 10 marketing presentations for the agency and its clients during our collaboration. Also provided consultation for six months on website redesign and rebranding projects for their clients.

Gabriel(le):
-Designed the layout of the online store and its customer portal gabriel-le.io from scratch.
-Evolved the online store design over a year in collaboration with the company's marketing team and developers based on tests, analytics, and customer feedback.
-Developed the visual language of the brand, including guidelines for social media appearance, assistance in content production, and selection of photo content. Also, made all printed marketing materials over the year, from tags and business cards to extensive product catalogs. Briefed other contractors for the client and conducted reviews of completed tasks.

ITcom

The company's main business is digital signatures in Russia. In 2021, legislation in this industry changed drastically and the market for digital signatures in Russia shrank. ITcom and its team were faced with the task of differentiating themselves from the competition and finding and developing new ways of doing things.

My major responsibilities and accomplishments:

- Refreshing the visual language for the ITcom Verification Center. The main task was to create a new identity; redesigning promotional materials, websites and products according to the company's new business strategy.

- Responsible for the design of the company's business units that were in the launch phase (additional professional education, non-governmental construction expertise and cybersecurity).

- Optimizing design process as a team. As a result of my work on design processes, number of meetings was decreased twice and the number of corrections after work began was reduced threefold. The design processes worked smoothly and without interruption, and the quality of completed tasks was high, despite the fact that the heads of the marketing department changed four times.

- Developed user interfaces for ITcom Verification Center services and products. Worked with analysts and developers to redesign services for customers. Worked closely with the HR department to create a new HR web resource for the group.

- Recruiting of new designers for the new projects of the company's business units, assessment of their hard and soft skills. Helped to find 2 designers for a project. Within 3 months found and developed an intern who continues to work successfully as a junior designer for the ITcom marketing department.

- Design of the promo website for the mobile medical game OdySight for remote monitoring of visual parameters in patients with chronic maculopathies, developed by Tilak Healthcare, a French e-health company with financial support from the Ministry of Health.

- Design and template creation for Ontrack service pay emails about modern corporate culture.

The Saas team of Russian Government Educational Projects

The team emerged from the National Education Project.

In 18 months, we have completed projects in organizations such as the Ministry of Education (National Project Education), the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (Institute for Digital Development of Science and Higher Education), Sber (SberEducation, SberClass, SberTech, School 21. This is the inner school of Sber for beginners in development).

My main tasks and achievements:

- I designed and structured over 100 presentations that helped the team promote Russian education digitization projects at the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Moscow and other Russian regions' administrations, and Sber.

- I was responsible for subcontractors that developed projects such as the English language practice app developed by the Skyeng team, the educational services marketplace, professional social media for teachers in Russia, and a search service for educational events in Russia as part of the National Education Project.

- I created identities for federal projects and services that were part of the National Education Project.

- I improved the role of Parent for Sber's School Digital Platform service in collaboration with the Product Owner. School Digital Platform helps teachers to create a personalized educational path for children and develop relevant skills.

- I prepared demo version of School Digital Platform before release in collaboration with product management team (style guide for visual content and performed full design review) within deadlines. It was presented to the head of Sber by the product team.
