Account development focus on helping customers utilize their program to the fullest extent.  Help customers set up accounts and distribute it among their team, educate on the collaborative aspect of their account. 

Participate in client q&a to help them find the things that work within the project and where we need to improve.

Found ways to streamline my daily flow and helped others implement that same flow resulting in an increase in productivity.

Routinely maintain visibility with the client by helping identify improvements to the roles and agent facing tools.  Helped the client build training for a new tool that was introduced and consulted on files specific to my role for our new Learning Center. Have been chosen repeatedly to be shadowed by the client and my feedback about our roles and tools is often sought after.

I began the company with the position of Customer Service Expert where I worked to resolve billing, hardware, and service issues.  I also made reasonable procedure exceptions to accommodate unusual customer requests.   Worked with account management and tech support related to equipment and networking issues.

Within a few months I added the position of Team Mentor and Up-sell specialist until I left the company. Here I learned how to help the agents meet their goals and improve their quality scores and stats.

I helped find the reason behind the numbers and worked to create procedures to streamline the reps interactions with clients.

I began as a tech support and billing agent.  This required me to work with customers to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. 

Within a year I moved to the role of Team Support Supervisor.  My focus was to support agents in their roles, mentor them in new processes and improving their stats, and taking escalated calls to ensure the best overall outcome for the customer and company.

I worked with Team Leaders to implement changes to how the escalations were addressed making the process more streamlined and allowing the agents to better meet their quality goals and metrics.

Began my journey by processing applications and payroll, performing initial phone interviews, and processing HR files for on boarding

Moved to a Recruiting position where I would assist in applying for positions and testing the applicants.

Once the recruiting was completed, I moved into a Training position.  I trained the new hires in how to perform a variety of duties.

Following training, once all employees were fully on boarded, I moved into a Crew Leader position.  In this role I managed a team of 15 to 20 employees.  My focus y focus was in ongoing training, performing quality reviews of their reports, and filing the reports and payroll with the main office.

I filled out daily tracking and analyzed agents reporting to provide a concise outline of the productivity or our team.

Additionally, I have 5 years of B2B sales experience.  I have focused learning in sales and leadership.  Previous positions have awarded me employee of the month/quarter.  I am a consistent performer meeting/exceeding KPIs  and quotas.  I have experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Seamless, Gong, with additional experience in reporting, sequence building, and tech assist. I feel I have a well-rounded history that can help me thrive wherever I go.
