Highlights included a Series C funding round, the acquisition of Integromat, launch of Execution Management category and introduction of company values.

One of the execs I worked with experienced burnout.

He was a senior executive at a global software company, running on empty.

This came up in a conversation when I was interviewing him for a feature in the company employee magazine.

He had taken several months off to cope with mental health issues and had shared his struggle 1:1 with me. He didn’t want to go public with his story at the time. I respected that.

This was several years ago, when mental health was not discussed publicly.

I wonder how that gentleman is doing now and whether he would have taken a different decision today.
