As an accomplished consultant and advisor, I partner with C-level B2B tech executives to up-level their communications. Throughout my career, I've held key VP roles where I worked closely with C-level executives and founders to shape communication strategies that drive impactful results. At Celonis, Germany's most successful unicorn (now decacorn), I stepped into a newly created VP of Executive and Internal Communications role, reporting directly to and collaborating closely with the Co-CEOs. During a period of intense growth, I led communications through significant milestones, including a US$290 million funding round, acquisitions, leadership appointments, and the pandemic crisis. These efforts resulted in dramatic improvements in employee engagement and leadership trust scores. Prior to Celonis, I served as the VP of Integrated Communications at SAP Customer Experience, where I managed a team responsible for PR, influencer and analyst relations, executive communications, and internal communications. In this capacity, I drove awareness of SAP Customer Experience during portfolio relaunches, message repositioning, and three acquisitions within 18 months. Before hybris was rebranded, I acted as VP of Executive Communications, developing a strong collaborative partnership with the co-founder and his leadership team. My international experience spans three continents including stations in New York, Beijing, and Munich, providing me with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and business landscapes (as well as a knack for languages)!
