Appointed to newly created role to build training and staff development programs for 90 team members across 5 locations, based on organization need, staff acumen, and industry trends.  Worked directly with CEO and COO to create the position.   	
•	Developed 6-month New Employee Training Program allowing each new team member to acquire the needed knowledge to perform daily job functions.  Created and implemented Internal Transition On-Boarding program to train and expand knowledge base of team members transitioning to different departments within the organization. 
•	Established and maintained company-wide knowledge base for all team members within the e-learning platform in addition to all training records for HR. Advanced continual education curriculum and follow-up based on the unique employee need.  
•	Created metrics and measurements for new and seasoned team members; designed ongoing employee education for tenured staff members through consistent communication, skill evaluation, and accountability metrics supplied by managers.  Programs include a newly created Leadership Academy and an e-Learning platform resulting in 4700+ additional hours of training in 2017 and an average of 59 users per month.
•	Increased employee training hours from 273.75 in 2016 to 900+ hours year to date (YTD) 2018, not including e-learning trainings.  
•	Recruited subject matter experts (SMEs) to facilitate trainings to increase staff knowledge and assist them in reaching their goals. 
•	Analyzed programs to review training outcomes and outputs including time investments, training impact, cost, use of knowledge gained, and long term influence. 
•	Established culture of accountability from employee’s first day of employment by setting goals, accountability check-ins, and tracking ROI.
