The Festival Coordinator, Media Accreditation is charged with day-to-day communication with media applicants, coordinating administrative and logistical duties to process assigned accreditation of press and publicists to the Festival.
In this role I managed the press accreditation process, participating in media outreach, application review, and database management to ensure accurate and efficient tracking. I served as a primary point of contact for media, publicists, and photographers to coordinate credentials and address any inquiries. My responsibilities extended to supporting festival operations, where I handled event logistics such as check-ins, ticketing, and volunteer coordination. I also worked closely with internal teams to deliver reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless execution of media activities.
