This role was responsible for the Human Resources, Payroll and Learning & Development teams for a highly professional, fast paced organisation on a strong growth plan.  The role encompassed developing people frameworks such as policies and procedures, talent management, performance management, recruitment, and rolling out HR and learning strategy across the group.
