Ensuring that only the best candidates with the right qualifications, skills and experience are employed;
Writing informative job descriptions;
Negotiating advertising rates with newspapers & online job boards & then placing job adverts with them;
Drafting offers of employment and promotion; 
Providing guidance to work colleagues and senior company management on all employment matters; 
Ensures that the team delivers maximum performance on efficiency, quality, speed and customer
expectations according to the KPIs and based on optimal tools;
Generate monthly performance reports.

Provide feedback (negative or positive) to the candidates following the interviews; 
Maintain and update the candidate data bases (electronically and printed); 
Compare different advertising media on the market and recommend the best ones; 
Continuously check the candidates availability in our database; 
Draw-up recruitment reports; 
Offer support in planning and organizing HR activities (trainings, meetings, communication activities, events, etc.).

Providing support to employees in matters related to HR; 
Active participation in the selection and recruitment of staff, both on the technical and accounting sector; 
Creating specific reports for management regarding the evolution of recruitment process.
