Reporting to CEO, lead enterprise-wide operations, managing P&L for $15MM, 6 direct and 26 indirect reports in Operations, Accounting, HR, Sales, and Community Management, along with 300 caregivers. Drive strategic planning alongside CEO to develop company goals. Drive operational sophistication implementing scalable, repeatable processes and technology across all markets and business lines to facilitate greater alignment. Manage complex staffing needs and spearhead changes that improve employee engagement and retention. 

•	Achieved $200K in cost savings through a comprehensive overhaul of the accounting department.

Oversaw the operations of 18 hospice sites across the Central and Western regions of the US which represented $180 million in annual revenue
Mentored Directors of Business Operations at each hospice site to ensure the sites achieved KPIs; traveled regularly for site visits and trained new directors 
Coached and developed the Directors of Business Operations team through managerial challenges
Reviewed hospice business processes and performed root cause analysis on unbilled revenue increases to ensure each site met its monthly revenue goal
COVID oversight included leading daily COVID-19 planning calls with bus ops director team to discuss PPE management and implementation of remote work environment 
Developed supply chain process to ensure programs had appropriate allotment of PPE
Implemented a process to clear $3M+ in revenue holds during my first two months in role

Assisted with development of new tools to meet newly implemented Medicare regulations
