I am Angela T Barreda R, an industrial engineer specializing in innovation, processes and projects, a coach and a mother (2 girls, 2 dogs). I did my master's and doctorate in Industrial Engineering. I am also certified in Change Management, Lean Six Sigma and Strategic Innovation. With more than 15 years of experience in the mining industry, I have focused on continuous improvement, projects and innovation. I have participated in consulting companies, suppliers and companies in the mining, production and textile sectors, as a project manager, in charge of continuous improvement, facilitating planning and innovation workshops. I have also participated as a mentor, coach and/or volunteer in organizations that promote education, technology, support women, innovation and youth leadership (PeruChamp, Crea+, SNI, Laboratoria, IIMP, WIM Peru, WomenCeo) since I firmly believe that education can have a positive impact on people's lives and the future of society.
