As head of Human Resources, I am proud to have played a crucial role in LCS's growth and success throughout my tenure. Through my leadership, I implemented effective HR strategies and procedures that supported both the organization and its team members in new areas of business which grew the workforce from 40 to 500+ in multiple states within the United States.

One of my biggest accomplishments was the successful launch of programs, standard operating systems, and processes that streamlined the department and enabled the department to keep up with a fast-growing business model and workforce. Created the organization's first learning university, which featured blended learning options and onboarding processes that helped new hires hit the ground running.

Designed and implemented professional development programs for cleaning professionals, technicians, and management, including hands-on skills training, formal classroom sessions, webinars, and virtual training. In addition to a specialized ISSA certification program for leadership levels, acted as the initial facilitator for these programs from 2017 to 2019.

Overall, my experience focused on actively guiding team members' career development and ensuring that the organization remained a great place to work.

As an Executive Assistant, I provided support to Buyers and Management throughout the Canadian division of the organization. My daily duties included managing incoming emails for the GMM, handling confidential information, and arranging travel itineraries. I also communicated with vendors to update them on late orders and returns, while managing modifications, cancellations, and cost changes. I ensured that all orders were thoroughly reviewed before submission to the Planning Department and that Buyers had an accurate open-to-buy report. 
Additionally, I mentored and supervised the daily functions of the Merchandise Assistants, temporary associates, and Purchase Order Processors.
