-Manage one direct report and work cross-functionally with Email Marketing, Paid Media, PR, E-commerce, and Creative on marketing campaigns, paid social advertisements, and go-to market launches.
-Work with in-house production team to create, curate, and manage content for ModCloth’s social media channels.
-Work closely with the PR team to identify and execute brand partnership opportunities, from digital sweepstakes to cobranded opportunities. 
-Measure, track, and optimize performance to ensure ModCloth is consistently achieving and exceeding key brand and growth KPIs.
