• Reporting to the Chief of Staff of Securities Services Technology (SST), currently leading the development and execution of an internal communications strategy to unite and inform close to 3,000 SST clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in NAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, working across multiple time zones and in over 40 locations. • Develops and maintains a global editorial calendar that amplifies the voice of our SST colleagues, profiles top talent, and celebrates the contributions of the SST organization. Also leverages the calendar to ensure effective project management of campaigns and inclusion of key markets.

• Builds and owns key strategic relationships with SST Global Heads, regional and site leads, as well as Global Public Affairs, SMB Technology, Global Event Production, SMB Marketing and UX Design, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Creative Services, and other partner organizations across Citi. 

• Serves as a cultural champion for meaningful interactions through Citi-branded activations, campaigns, and initiatives.

• Actively involved in the development and rollout of several global programs that are centred on SST’s onboarding, talent, and culture and wellbeing focus areas.

Reporting to Associate Vice President of Employee Communications, Translation, and Films, oversaw communications for 2,000+ Canadian Tire Retail, Sport Chek, and Mark’s Supply Chain employees at 10+ locations across Canada.

Key accomplishments:

• In support of CTC’s COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic, led the development and execution of an integrated, multi-channel print, microsite, and social media marketing campaign to increase awareness with frontline employees, their families, and the community in Peel Region.  

• Partnered with Crisis Management, HR, and Operations to develop and launch a change management strategy for CTC’s COVID-19 Rapid Testing initiative. 

• Created an annual employee communications strategy to keep team members informed and updated on organizational direction, business plans, and work priorities during the pandemic. Wrote 20+ executive speeches, developed a monthly newsletter, supported numerous recognition opportunities, and strategized virtual Town Halls.

• Helped to foster authenticity and employee well-being by supporting the launch of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives to frontline audiences. 

• In 2019, managed communications for our One Supply Chain Forum, the largest cross-banner employee gathering in CTC history. Achieved a 68% attendance rate for our GTA event and a 70% attendance rate for our Calgary event.  

• Provided employees with a unified brand experience by launching Workplace by Facebook, helping to increase collaboration and connectivity, build digital communities, and share critical information in real-time. Created an executive engagement strategy, along with training and education materials.

Reporting to Project Management Canada’s Director of Marketing and Communications, I supported my team in building and executing communications and marketing initiatives to win new business and elevate CBRE Project Management's national brand. This involved: 

•  Working with the Director of Marketing and Communications to strategize a plan aimed at optimizing communication with CBRE employees, clients, and prospects. 

•  Collaborating on strategic and tactical messaging with multiple stakeholders - including senior leadership, local market leaders, account directors, and business development support staff - to support our growth profile in various markets.

•  Ensuring that a consistent value proposition was integrated across all communication activities, channels, and vehicles. 

•  Supporting all other CBRE Project Management communications and marketing efforts to create awareness of our service offering and drive growth in the business.

•  Possessed strong understanding of the strategy and priorities of the firm and how they translated into effective communication and learning and development opportunities.

•  Ensured that our business had a solid, clear and consistent understanding of what the firm’s overall brand strategy stood for and how it created value for our people and our clients. This involved planning and writing branded proposal content and related sales and marketing collateral, as well as developing, delivering, and managing an in-house training program on the firm’s business development framework. 

•  Provided timely writing and editorial support to assist technical, functional and industry experts - across staff levels, from different lines of service, and within the PwC global network – to help build relationships, win more business, and drive client engagement.

•  Worked with National Marketing & Communications and other functional areas to support various organizational change programs and initiatives that were aimed at meeting the firm’s business objectives. 

•  Ensured that all written and published communications were of high-quality and aligned with firm-wide branding guidelines.

•  Collaborated with learning and development managers, directors and appointed subject matter experts locally and across the network to identify performance issues with creating, leading, and managing proposal responses. Developed on-the-job learning aids and tools to help close performance gaps.  

•  Actively performed stakeholder analyses, identified resistance to change, and developed tools, approaches and strategies to promote acceptance and buy-in of organizational initiatives and to mitigate or address concerns.
