Led the largest house of brands in California across recreational and wellness cannabis: AbsoluteXtracts, Farmer and the Felon, Care by Design, Loud + Clear, Satori, Hi Fi Hops, and Gem+Jane with a team across R&D, clinical affairs, digital \ brand \ trade marketing, creative, social media, media and production. 

Relaunched Care by Design Ratios line with a new brand presence and introduced Care by Design EFFECTS overtaking category leader Papa & Barkley on units sold and dollar sales in first six months. 

Created and launched Gem+Jane, a brand of micro-dosed botanical-flavored sparkling waters formulated with rare cannabinoids for women by an all women team. Ranked #13 on Headset in first 45 days.

Launched over 70 new products , two new brands, two brand refreshes, and one brand flanker. Directed launches with oversight across entire supply chain, working in unison with production, procurement, sales and distribution.   Within first 12 months, CannaCraft out paced the industry by double digits in sales creating one of the most valuable portfolio of brands in California.  CannaCraft consumers shop more often (five extra per year) and spend more (average cart value is +48% when it contains a CannaCraft product).
