•	Leading a regional team to drive digital music sales across key global music service providers -  Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, Google, Youtube, across Asian markets including Greater China, South Korea, SEA, India and ME
•	Managing partnerships with digital music services in Greater China such as Tencent QQ Music & other regional and local music digital services such as JOOX
•	Successfully developed (with Sony Music regional team) and launched Liquid State Limited, a JV Dance Music Label between Tencent Music Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment
•	Managed and set up Liquid State team with Sony Music regional teams and Liquid State Managing Director, and led day-to-day operations of the music label based in Hong Kong
•	Driving strategic brand partnerships in Asia region and have secured extensive campaigns with global brands such as Unilever, Mcdonald’s, Sony Electronics, Sony Mobile, Samsung and Hennessy.
•	Responsible for securing new ways to monetize music in the region, including special music related IP projects such as collaborations with Tencent Games (PUBG Mobile) 
•	Driving revenue for the Greater China region through strategic partnerships with media companies - Tencent, Sony China, Sony Mobile, Samsung, Citibank, Johnnie Walker, and social/mobile games developers 
•	Successfully executed an extensive 360-degree online talent search campaign with Sony Electronics and Hennessy in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong which has executed for 3 years, generating brand related revenue
•	Managing licensing deals with various digital music service providers and mobile handset manufacturers across the Asian region
•	Managing the Sony Music Consumer Segmentation project across 8 markets in Asia
•	Driving digital marketing and social media across the markets to drive digital music sales

- Responsible for acquiring the deals with 2 of the top music labels in Thailand – GMM Grammy & RS, one of the top games developers in Japan – SEGA , one of the Big 4 music labels in Malaysia – Universal Music & top business news broadcaster in Asia - CNBC. 
- Project management of accounts (inclusive of negotiation and management (technical integration, content portfolio, marketing and promotions, legal agreements, launch and account plans and revenue targets) of a portfolio of partners, such as  international music labels SonyBMG, Universal Music, Thailand music labels Grammy and RS, Malaysian music label Suria, Japanese games developer Sega and financial news broadcaster CNBC.
- Successfully managed key markets of Australia, Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore, contributing more than 60% of total South East Asia revenue
- Secured and launched a first-of-its-kind services combo deals with Nokia devices with strategic partners -  SEGA Games in Malaysia and Indonesia in May and CNBC in South East Asia Pacific, resulting in Nokia revenues exceeding €1,100,000. 
- Initiated and implemented online & mobile marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with Nokia business groups in Asia Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) with branded content partners, such as music labels and film studios/ distributors.
- Motivated teammates to achieve maximum targets of 12 deals with key partners in South East Asia Pacific for Widsets in the first half of 2008.
- Achieved Nokia Performance Award for achievements in the 2nd half of 2008.
