But my story wasn’t always smooth sailing. My passion for DEI and coaching originates from my experiences as a minority woman in Asia, navigating numerous workplace challenges and biases. These experiences fueled my commitment to being part of the solution, fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces. Today, as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, I bring a proven track record of leading successful HR, talent development, and DEI initiatives across strategies, programs, and policies. In my role, I've successfully identified areas needing change and led the implementation of new structures and programs, focusing on scaling solutions across multiple markets globally. I've collaborated with organisations to deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and programs, specializing in DEI, Talent Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Career Development.
