Pax8’s product team leads the industry in defining what the global cloud product marketplace will be. We achieve this through collaboration, focus on business value, and pragmatic execution. In my role as product manager I develop the vision and strategy for the Pax8 platform aimed at market adoption and localization in the EMEA region.

The products & services development team is responsible for developing new professional (managed) service offerings and propositions in an 'X-as-a-Service'-business model for all Bechtle customers across the NON-DACH region.

Designed and enhanced managed services by leveraging the latest cloud technology to shape and grow Bechtle’s device-as-a-service (DAAS) proposition, aligned and driven geographically diverse teams to deliver technology products to Bechtle entities and customers across 11 countries, partnered and collaborated with stakeholders to define a shared vision, requirements, key features, backlog and roadmap.Owned and driven strategy for multiple product offerings (Microsoft cloud management, device management and deployment, AI-driven analytics and reporting) across 11 countries, collaborated with customers, partners, technical experts and other stakeholders to drive progress and execution of complex projects to make sure we met objectives consistently.Driven the process of forming ideas for new (technology focused) managed services as well as improvements for existing managed services, including leading and participating in idea brainstorm workshops, customer value proposition workshops and development of business cases for optimal decision making. Made data-driven product decisions based on experimentation (MVP/prototyping) results, sales funnel analysis and industry insights. Partnered directly with the largest international customers and sales teams to solve customer challenges, present and demo services as a Subject Matter Expert on Bechtle DAAS services, collaborate with marketing and content management on the creation and launch of campaigns and sales enablement documentation. Advised senior leadership on strategic decisions.

ARP Nederland B.V. is a subsidiary of Bechtle. Bechtle Clouds (www.bechtle-clouds.com), Bechtle's cloud platform, offers a multitude of public cloud solutions 'as a service' in addition to its own cloud services produced in-house. 

Driven and ownedmarket adoption of the Bechtle Clouds platform in The Netherlands.Lead a local team of three dedicated cloud sellers, responsible for meeting commercial objectives, and provided training to new cloud sellers.Engaged with the largest customers on cloud technology roadmap and investments towards cloud Microsoft cloud solutions, orchestrated internal sales teams to ensure sufficient technical sales knowledge to increase cloud revenue. Collaborated with international team to define platform developments and actively collect customer feedback to improve services on our custom built multi-cloud portal.

I enjoy working with teams to bring product and service offerings to the next level. Where technology and business overlap is where I'm at my best. As an experienced product manager in the IT-as-a-Service (ITaaS) space, I leverage the latest technology and methods to turn ideas on a whiteboard into demonstrable added value for customers and tangible business outcomes for organisations. When I'm not working you can find me traveling, reading a book or listening to a podcast, enjoying music or the occasional video game, playing chess or working out.
