The Optimum Performance Program in Sports (TOPPS) Lab

∙Designing experiments, carrying out data collection, and analyzing results
∙Collaborate with the research team to develop experimental designs
∙Conduct literature reviews, disseminate scientific findings from optimization studies, and 
perform intervention integrity reviews with other graduate students
∙Utilize statistical methods and software to analyze experimental data, interpret findings, and draw conclusions
∙Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with collaborators or external partners when necessary
∙Provide guidance and training to undergraduate students or junior lab members
∙Assist in providing optimization workshops by implementing The Optimum Performance Program in Sports (TOPPS) to athletes of the Las Vegas community
∙Prepare visually engaging posters summarizing research findings, methodologies, and conclusions for presentation at conferences
∙Attend national and international research conferences to stay updated on the latest developments in the field and network with other fellow researchers
