Promoted and sold the City of Minneapolis as a premier destination for conventions and meetings in the association market on the east coast. I worked with hotel Sales and/or Director of Sales to assist in the achievement of individual hotel goals as well as overall city goals. I focused on identified need periods and future base business. Coordinated and participated in industry tradeshows, sales and familiarization trips and other client activities. Organized and lead city wide site visits of Minneapolis Convention Center and hotel properties to national clients. Prepared and presented proposals as well as presentations to national accounts.
