Financial questions keeping you up at night? My passion lies in helping organizations solve their financial puzzles and achieve clarity so they can openly embrace the challenges and opportunities that will push their business forward. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve a number of remarkable organizations as a financial analyst, manager, and director. I’ve guided executive teams at organizations with annual budgets ranging from $20m to $400m in understanding their current financials, forecasting revenue and expenditure expectations, and analyzing risks and opportunities to make sound, data-informed decisions. I’m skilled at developing and guiding organizations through quarterly/annual budget planning and prioritization processes. This requires a deep understanding of the details as well as the big-picture strategy, modeling financial trade-offs, and encouraging creative solutions. Although I’ve worked in finance and accounting for the past 15+ years, I also studied clinical psychology in grad school. That experience inspired a deep sense of curiosity, critical thought, and empathy that has served me well throughout my professional life. Further, it helped me begin developing the grit necessary to embrace new, and sometimes grueling, challenges within and beyond the office.
