I offer clowning workshops as a means to finding some joy and freedom in our adult lives. Mainly to be our authentic selves, which is infinitely more interesting and joyful than anything else we think we ought to be. We laugh along the way! Clowning helps to reduce stress and improve our mental health. Play connects us to our shared humanity and that comes as such a relief! You don’t have to be funny to be a clown, or be an actor with any skill, it really is just an invitation to play. I’m particularly interested in working with health professionals, teachers, and leaders, in order to create more well being and celebration of the unique and particular in every one of us. My Court jester work involves being a quiet presence in all kinds of board meetings where as a simple person I reflect back what I’ve heard, or not heard, and name what the collective might be missing.
