Directed a five-person team responsible for marketing 200 physicians providing health care services at 21 locations in a three-county area.  Responsible for aligning communications, marketing and public relations strategies to achieve branding and messaging that is consistent with the health system.  Continue to execute all duties held in previous position as Marketing Manager for Wichita Clinic while supporting new marketing and communication initiatives from the health system.

Wichita Clinic

Directed all marketing and communication activities promoting the services of one of the region's largest medical multi-specialty practices (170 physicians in a three-county area).  Worked with the organization's Executive Director to develop marketing and communication strategies. Managed three members of the marketing and public relations team and oversaw all aspects of annual budget.

Marketing Manager

Botanica

Developed and implemented marketing and communication plans to promote one of the area's favorite tourist attractions.  Responsible for all aspects of an annual fundraising summer concert series that featured national guest artists and musical groups. Maximized the advertising budget through media buys, trade-out negotiations and solicitation of sponsorships and partnerships.  Handled all media relations for events held throughout the year.  Supervised summer interns and volunteers.

Director of Marketing & Communications

Wichita Mid-Continent Airport

Led the organization's marketing and communication strategies for enhancing utilization of airport facilities and passenger traffic. Worked closely with local and national airline representatives to develop special events and introduce new airline services. Developed and managed Airport Authority's first web site, supervised advertising agency of record, and handled all media relations.  Represented Authority at various trade shows and international meetings.  Analyzed U.S. DOT data regarding pricing and travel patterns.  Developed and analyzed passenger surveys to determine market-specific trends for airport concessionaires and tenants.

Assisted with media inquiries and news conferences.  Published handouts for visitors and conducted plant tours for special customers and guests.  Published news bulletins for all managers and wrote special features for employee television programming and weekly employee newsletter.
