• Due to slow-down, shifted focus and contributed in new product launches and product sprints 
• Had to double-hat as AE and AM , with larger focus on retaining customers during peak of pandemic. I achieved 85% of my retention target and 105% of new revenue target based on a revised quota
• Owned and organised inFeedo's first virtual power panel webinar with 4 CHROs, and inspired our virtual webinar playbook
• I closed 3 out of 4 logos from the CHRO webinar

• Led the charge for our first attempt in expanding into the US market, as the sole AE

I relocated to the Gurgaon branch where I was assigned to the inception of a new vertical, Primary Market Research (PMR). Primary objective was to help grow/expand the team from scratch and help grow the business. I was reporting directly to the Vice President - Research Divison.

Content Marketing:-
Migrated to Content Marketing from Ecommerce, where I was tasked with developing different types of content for the digital B2B/B2C, ICT, engineering, pharma, marcomm, and martech domains. 
Served as a project manager and POC for a large-scale pharma project. 
Thereafter my last role in this domain entailed assisting the LOB Head with pre-sales activities, including preparing pitch decks, writing proposals and assessing project feasibility. I was reporting directly to the LOB Head - Content Marketing Vertical.

Project Manager - Content Marketing Vertical

Ecommerce:-
Recruited as a vendor relationship management executive, after which I continued growing through the ranks and worked across multiple projects and ended my tenure as a team lead. I was reporting to the Senior Manager - Ecommerce.
My last project and role as a team lead entailed heading the entire production process for our client and handling all client coordination activities. I was leading a team of over 40 members.
