Few Projects/ Roles carried out are: • Spearheaded the Project Planning & Execution of Three Turnkey Infrastructure Projects at an Ammunition Depot (INR 38 Million) including Roadmap & Metrics Development for tracking, reporting & mid-course correction. • Headed a skilled Cross-functional team involved in Strategic Planning & Estimation of Thirteen Ammunition Storage Sheds (INR 812 Million), Multi-Floor Living Accommodation for Troops (INR 48 Million), One Lakh Gallon Overhead Tank with an UG sump (INR 40 Million). • Project Planning & Execution of Roads & Maintenance of Infra Assets (INR 100 Million). • Responsible for replacement of traditional lights with LED leading to an overall reduction of Electric Load by 32% & annual saving of Rs 9 Million per year. • Carried out Technical Inspection & Audit of an INR 2000 Million (200 Crores) Turnkey Project by BDL. Supervised rectification leading to a savings to the Govt amounting to Rs 30 Lakhs per year. • Incorporation of Green Building norms (GRIHA) towards cleaner environment. • Executed Infrastructure Project for an Infantry Unit at 12000 ft in Mountainous terrain. Project included Office, Living, Ancillary & Vehicle Equipment Shelters. • Entrusted with Procurement & Budget Planning in a Premier Training Establishment of the Indian Army with 5000 Trainees & Twenty Two Army Teams (INR 100 million). • Planned & Executed SLAs on GeM. • Contract Management including Arbitration & Settlement of Final Bill. • Proven Credentials in Forecasting, Market Surveys, Vendor Management, Tendering, Price Negotiation, Contracts Management, Procurement, Warehousing, Last-Mile Delivery & Decision Making within stipulated timelines. • Operation & Maintenance of a fleet consisting of 120 Vehicles & 20 Earthmoving Equipment (INR 180 million). • Repair & Recovery of Equipment operating in deserts with the rear echelon support 200 kms away. Achieved 15% reduction in Turnaround time. • Proven track record in Mentoring, Career Development & Succession Planning. • Creation of a transparent Grievance Redressal mechanism, Code of Ethical Practices & OSH in order to align employee aspirations with the organization.
