This was a self-directed, interim role reporting to EMEAR sales and pre-sales senior leadership team.

Brief:

Work with the EMEAR sales specialist & pre-sales technical specialist community to:
- Identify and enable EU based service providers as channel partners.
- Enable and provide subject matter support to sales specialist teams
- Enable and provide specialist bid support to targeted channel partners
- Working with EMEAR stakeholder groups to create effective matrix teams focused on partner enablement for cloud contact centre product line.

Delivered:

- Designed & led the roll-out of channel enablement programme for cloud contact centre across Nordics, France, Germany and Spain
- Led roll-out of specialist support for SP product development teams
- Working with internal stakeholder groups, established a new cross-functional team to support partner enablement across EU countries
- Established and led partner enablement team for a service provider product team based in India. Provided specialist product management support to partner product managers to accelerate product development. Internal product launch completed in less than 6 months from concept approval.
- 12 month prioritised pipeline of channel partners scheduled for on-boarding into cloud partner programme.

Cloud Contact Center Consultant EMEAR (interim)

This was a self-directed, interim role reporting to the UK&I Regional VP.

Work with the UK internal sales & pre-sales technical specialist community to:
- Identify and enable UK based service providers as channel partners.
- Enable and provide subject matter expertise support to sales teams
- Enable and provide specialist bid support to targeted channel partners

This required working across different internal stakeholder groups to create effective matrix teams.

- Pioneered new enablement capability to support service provider internal product/offer development processes.
- Developed and implemented a new process to speed up the delivery of specialist support for SP product development teams.
- New operating engagement model reduced partner stakeholder engagement effort from months to days.
- Working with many internal stakeholder groups, established a new cross-functional team to support partner enablement.
- Delivered new partner channels to respond to new sales opportunities and build pipeline.

Cloud Contact Center Consultant UK&I (interim)

This was a short term role reporting to the Global Senior Product Manager for Contact Center. 

Brief:

- lead a team of product managers in the US to deliver:
- draft business case
- product requirements and
- product proposition definition for a new cloud (SaaS) contact center product.
This required working across global stakeholders including sales management, product management, and engineering.

- Agreed and supported business case for US and EMEA markets
- Complete product requirements for US and EMEA markets
- Complete operational requirements for entire product lifecycle
- Complete commercial and pricing requirements including draft pricing model

Product Management Consultant, Global Product & Services (interim)

Reporting to the EMEA MD, this fixed term role was to define the go To Market strategy for a new cloud contact centre product line. This required working across multiple stakeholders including global executive sales management, corporate product management, EMEA product marketing, product engineering and global support.

- Deliver EMEA Channel acquisition and development strategy
