An online platform to learn coding 1-on-1 with instructors for kids aged 6-16 years

- Defined strategy, roadmap & release plan for Live Learning Platform (LLP) by performing qualitative & quantitative user research and reporting directly to our CEO. 
- Led ideation & feature development with a team of 1 engineering manager and four developers, while being the voice of the customer and building consensus across design, tech and QA.
- Conducted UX research (interviews, surveys) to prioritise user journeys and execute the development. 
- Established agile rituals and story point-based planning.
- Created a measurement plan, partnering with leadership to set targets, KPIs, segments and metrics. Implemented this in a dashboard with Quick Sight and Redash.

Flo Mobility

Flo Mobility is building an autonomous tech stack that can be applied to agri-bots, delivery bots, two-wheelers and other use cases where compact bots must navigate crowded, unstructured environments.

- Hired, organized and led a team of 8 people to build an autonomous driving system for scooters.
- Led two interns to build a B2C android mobile app for users to book and manage an escooter trip. Designed user-centric flows and interactions that are simple and elegant.
- Maintained product backlog, product roadmap and own prioritization process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact.
- Worked closely with engineering, design, and business team members on business cases, product requirements and development.
- Led a team of 2 backend engineers to build the teleoperations panel.
- Led a team of 1 electronics engineer and two robotics engineers to successfully build hardware consisting of Raspberry Pi 3b+, 2 PiCams, IMU, GPS Module and GSM Module.

- Leading Embibe's B2B and B2B2C products for students, clients and teachers with innovative features, building a Next-Gen AI-Driven platform for Educators. Working with a team of 4 developers.
- Maintaining product backlog, driving product roadmap and own prioritisation process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact. Design user-centric flows and interactions that are simple and elegant across various platforms (web, mobile apps, TV).
- Analytics - Hands-on experience with A/B testing, Heap, Firebase and GA. Product modification and deployment resulted in increased traffic by 180- 200%.
- National Test Abhyas app to give the student an actual CBT environment with offline functionality. 1Million+ downloads with 4.2-star ratings on the google play store and 30Million+ sessions with 45Million+ hours spent.
- Productised 70+ B2B and B2C apps and 200+ web clients with over 25M+ students registration.

Lithos Motors Pvt. Ltd.

Low-Speed Electric Bikes for Food Delivery Companies like Faasos and Dominos.

Acquired by Enervoir Systems, Bangalore.
- Hired, organised and led a team of 20 people to design and manufacture an Electric Bike (Sigma) for Indian consumers and the last-mile delivery market.
- Manufactured and deployed 208 bikes with Faasos, DTDC and Shagun Industries, Pune. Researched cell chemistry, types of manufacturing and supply chain management to optimise products and their manufacturing.
- Identified strategic business opportunities in the 'last-mile delivery segment and developed a business-focussed bike.
- Brought in more than 100K $ in sales in less than six months of Product Development. Bikes clocked more than 3.7 Mn+ kms in 6 Months.
- Created effective strategies to target new markets after researching and analysing competitor behaviour.
- Raised a round of Investment of 100K $.
