I’m Ani Naqvi, an executive transformation consultant, global speaker, and author. I work with leaders, executives, and high performers who have achieved outward success but are ready for something deeper. My work is about creating lasting internal transformation that fuels meaningful external results.

After surviving the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and stage 4 cancer without chemotherapy, I made a promise on Oprah’s couch: to stop just existing and start truly living. That moment became the catalyst for my mission to impact over a quarter of a million lives in honour of those lost in the tsunami.

For the past two decades, I’ve guided CEOs, entrepreneurs, elite professionals, and purpose-driven individuals to master their minds, rewire their beliefs, and create lives of alignment, peace, and power. I help them quiet the inner critic, dissolve burnout, and access clarity, purpose, and flow.

My methodology blends neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, Ayurveda, and ancient wisdom, grounded in over 15,000 hours of meditation and over 5,000 hours working directly with clients. I bring lived experience, not theory, along with the deep insight of someone who has walked through life’s darkest moments and emerged with wisdom to share.

Whether speaking on global stages for brands like Salesforce, Rituals, or Novartis, guiding intimate leadership circles, or working privately with clients, my mission is to help people live, lead, and love with intention and impact.

Justice Is Not Just a Value. It's a Choice.

In 2008, I flew into Baghdad's Red Zone to work with an international NGO supporting those displaced by the Iraq war. My friends thought I was mad. And maybe I was. But I couldn't just watch from a distance.

The city told its own story. The streets, the buildings, the people. All bearing the weight of years of conflict. It stayed with me long after I left.

Justice has always been a core value of mine. And it's part of why, when I had the chance to help, I didn't hesitate.

The world is again in a place of deep pain right now. And while most of us aren't in a position to fly into a war zone, we are all in a position to care. To speak up. To hold space for those suffering. To not look away.

To everyone affected by conflict and war today, you are not forgotten.

You can literally rewire your brain. 

Neuroplasticity means your brain has the ability to form new neural pathways at any age. Every time you practice a new thought, habit, or response, you're building a new road in your brain.

Here's what most people don't realise. The brain has a natural negativity bias. It is wired to remember what went wrong far more than what went right. Which means rewiring it takes deliberate, consistent practice.

Three things that genuinely work:
1️⃣ PQ reps. Taking 10 seconds throughout your day to fully focus on one sense. What you can feel, hear, or see right now. This interrupts the survival brain and activates your thriving brain. 

2️⃣ Gratitude practice. Writing down three things you're grateful for daily trains your brain to scan for the positive rather than the threat.

3️⃣ Mindfulness. Catching yourself in a negative thought pattern and consciously choosing a different response. Again and again.
