At my current role as Practice Director Data and Analytics I head the analytics practice and I am responsible to deliver insights and value for our customers using cutting edge data technologies and Analytics.

My key work involves around leadership, stakeholder management, technical solutioning, Program advisory and responsible for analytics life cycle solutioning as the head of the department. 

Some key aspects of my profile revolve around:
- Consult with technology leaders in the customer organization to build a deep understanding of  current business priorities and how analytics/machine learning/data science can work to achieve those business priorities.
- Serve as a thought partner to leaders and conduct feasibility study & advise on questions related to value discovery on data
- Build, augment & accelerate technology leadership in Azure, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks solutions in analytics and data science space with a strong team of over 100+ analytics professionals
- Be a champion of data standards and Governance for customer projects & guide projects/programs on data solutioning across key verticals as Finance, Manufacturing, Real estate & Insurance
