•	Sourcing new clients through cold calling and other sales channels for New Business
•	Creating a pipeline of potential clients and nurturing to convert them into accounts
•	Work on project requirements and coordinate with technical team to ensure proper turnaround time with the desired deliverable
•	Respond to RFPs  and proposal preparation
•	Negotiate with client on pricing and get the contract in
•	After contract sign off, initiate project kick-off, ensure timely deliverables and manage payment schedules
•	Follow up with clients on the feedback of the work and conduct regular PSR(Project Status Reviews) as per the agreed project plan
•	Responsible for generating business from existing clients as well
•	Travel onsite and conduct sales meetings with new leads and give presentation on our services

Business Development

•	Sourcing potential clients/partners in the assigned territory
•	Contacting the potential clients/ partners and selling the services of     Gateway Techno Labs to them.
•	Handing over the lead to the Business Manager once the lead has been generated

Mortgage Processing Division

Responsibilities include the following:
•	Monitoring the Service Level Agreements of the operations team (team size was of 12 process associates)
•	Providing necessary feedbacks to operations on the performance of the team members.
•	Monitoring the adherence of Standard Operations Procedure by the team members.
•	Exploring new business opportunities through network marketing.
•	Transition new businesses that are bought in by the sales team.
•	Closely monitoring the pilot phase for each client before the final roll out to operations.
•	Keeping track of the work flow that is designed for each customer.
•	For quality monitoring, we had 2 levels of quality check. The first was done by me and the second level was done by the Quality Person. 
•	The parameters were put on a checklist and mapped to the activity performed.
•	Apart from the quality check on each transaction, the quality in charge also used to perform an audit on the closed transactions (loan applications) as a part of compliance.


Loan Origination Division
•	Managing a team of lead generators
•	Explaining the correct product offering to the prospective customer based on his/her requirement
•	Contacting banks for getting rate quotes based on the scenario received from the prospect.
•	Helping the customer in filling the 1003(loan application form) and gathering necessary supporting documents like paystubs, bank statements
•	Sending daily production report to the client on total calls made vis-à-vis the number of hot leads generated.
