Roles and Responsibilities:
 - Ensure all documents required for payment process are correct according tax and company policies for payment,
 - Input and create payment voucher in SAP system according to schedule of payment,
 - Communicate with Procurement Team about transaction settlements, if any,
 - Resolving any discrepancies, if any,
 - Responsible for the execution fixed asset management administration project,
 - Registering and monitoring capital expenditure (CAPEX) budget in relation with fixed assets acquisition,
 - Performing fixed asset acquisition, transfer, depreciation, and retirement as approved by direct superior,
 - Reconcile between fixed assets data from SAP and actual from physical checking,
 - Prepare Monthly Fixed Assets Reports and Construction in Progress (CIP) Reports
 - Prepare materials for Strategic Review Meeting (SRM) in relation with Fixed Asset Management
 - Coordinate with Logistics, Engineering, and External Auditor to prepare annual stock opname

Finance Clerk

Roles and Responsibilities:
 - Participate in new PET film plant as Project Admin in charge of payment and cash treasury
 - Ensure all documents required for payment process are correct and comply with tax and company policies for payment,
 - Communicate with Procurement Team about transaction settlements, if any,
 - Prepare project monthly cash flow report for project manager,
 - Occassionally helped in the making of Purchase Request (PR),
 - Assisting expatriates project members with secretarial work related with local party

PT. Integra Sarana Abadi (ISA Konsultan)

Roles and Responsibilities:
 - Ensure to request and collect client’s documents for audit process,
 - Prepare working paper and draft audited financial statements for client,
 - Verify documents with related third party and archiving,
 - Communicate with clients related audit process.

Auditor

PT. Wirontono Baru

Roles and Responsibilities:
 - Prepare annual and monthly financial statements,
 - Input daily journal entries, calculate and report Pajak Pembangunan 1 (PB 1),
 - Prepare weekly sales reports and vouchers for payment,
 - Calculate and prepare to deposit daily revenue to bank.

Accounting Staff

PT. Jakarana Tama

Roles and Responsibilities:
 - Matching manual attendance with those in SAP system to ensure the attendance are in order
 - Sorting delivery order, ensuring the filling system of the sales is in order
 - Helping in internal audit of fixed assets office equipments to make sure the fixed assets of office equipments in the list are according to the actual items
 - Input Production Team data to spreadsheet
 - Do a QC control with product
 - Helping in inputting production data to spreadsheet
