With over 16 years of experience across key HR functions—including HR business partnering, talent aqcuisition, organizational development, and talent management—I have consistently driven impactful HR strategies in fast-paced and dynamic environments. In my recent roles as HR Head at Qbera, Fisdom, IHX, and ISG, I have led HR teams and contributed to the success of each organization. At Fisdom, a Series C startup, I managed HR across technology, product, digital marketing, sales, and subsidiary teams. Some of my key contributions include: -Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition programs, performance management systems, and onboarding processes to cultivate a high-performance culture. -Leading employer branding efforts on LinkedIn, which significantly enhanced the company’s visibility as an employer of choice. -Spearheading the process for securing Great Place to Work certification, which strengthened organizational culture and improved employee satisfaction. -Implementing Darwin Box HRMS, streamlining HR operations and improving employee self-service capabilities. During my tenure at Fisdom, I was instrumental in scaling the company to over 1,000 employees. By eliminating third-party vendors and building a highly effective in-house recruitment team, I reduced recruitment costs by 95%. This not only cut expenses but also streamlined the hiring process, ensuring that we attracted top-tier talent aligned with Fisdom’s culture and long-term vision. In addition, I hold certifications as a POSH Master Trainer, an OKR Coach, and an OD & Change Management Consultant. I am also currently training at the PCC level for coaching certification through ICF.
