I’m a Salesforce Certified Administrator with a passion for learning about and developing different tools that can free up the time we need to focus on the human side of our jobs, the unexpected, and the things that matter. I spent over 5 years in the multifamily property management industry. During that time, my day-to-day could consist of more obvious things like guiding a family through the process of applying for a new apartment, empathetically resolving a complaint of a noisy neighbor, and creating financial reports to provide a snapshot of the overall performance of the building. But there were also those days where I was doing some not so expected things like changing out a smoke detector that went out when my maintenance staff was out sic or playing mediator between feuding roomies. That experience of trying to successfully juggle the expected and the random, has driven my desire to improve productivity and efficiency using Salesforce. I’ve developed automations that create and update records, integrated an app to help collect key data from customers, and used lightning pages to create a user-friendly experience. I also became a member of a Salesforce Professional Development Program to fully understand the Salesforce Ecosystem. Outside of my passion for Salesforce, I enjoy reading thriller/mystery novels, checking out new local restaurants, and chilling out with a good show.
