As an IT Systems Engineer, I efficiently resolve incident tickets. I implement SAML 2.0 and OIDC integrations in Okta, enabling seamless single sign-on and user provisioning. My role includes managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks, administering key applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Asana, and Zoom), and developing workflow automations using Okta Workflows and Workato to enhance operational efficiency. I also strengthen email security, assist with on-premises server upgrades, and manage DNS records for our owned domains in AWS Route 53.

System Engineer

Interned on the IT Systems Engineering team at Rapid7. I was able to complete the beginner and intermediate levels of the Okta Workflows: Foundations for Flowgrammers course as well as earn Workato Pro 1 and 2 certifications during my internship. Additionally, I helped with the development and general release of IT's AI Slack Chatbot, Bob.

I served as a technician handling technical issues in over 100 classrooms at The University of Rhode Island. During this time, I communicated with professors who were having technical difficulties within their classrooms and provided feedback and solutions.

During the summer of 2021, I instructed an introduction to programming summer camp and taught 6 elementary school students, as well also instructing a 3D game design summer camp for 6 middle school students using Unity for creating 3D environments.

I worked as a front desk and sales associate in the Cranston, Providence, and East Greenwich, Rhode Island locations. During this time, I communicated with clients, managers, and coaches to keep all 3 fitness locations organized, as well as conducted proper and effective techniques that were taught in order to sell OrangeTheory products, which allowed me to help reach and exceed each location's monthly sales goal.
