I'm Anita Phagura - award-winning leadership development and culture coach. My mission is building greater inclusion within transport and construction so that we get more women, racialised people and those from marginalised groups into leadership who are able to lead with their strengths - and that we make it a better environment for everyone to thrive and deliver great projects! I do this through training, coaching, consulting and keynote speaking. I work across the Built Environment mostly with construction, engineering, railway and transportation sectors I work with companies ready to make big shifts and set examples as industry leaders: - so that you tackle skills shortages through attacting diverse folk - so that you diversify leadership pipelines, and retain & develop the high performing excellent people that you have! - so that you deliver Return on Investment by targetting inititaives where most needed In our safety concious industry, unfortunately we are too often normalising harm that is taking its toll emotionally, mentally and physically. This impacts women and those from marginalised groups, *as well as white hetereosexual men* - from banter to high pressure VUCA environments To create meaningful shifts we need to go beyond tinkering around the edges and unconscious bias training, I work with you to show you how! A bit about me: -I'm South Asian, British, Indian, a second Generation Immigrant, Punjabi, Sikh, English, Kent-ish and officially a cockney 🚶🏾‍♀️ - I'm a woman, cisgendered, neurodivergent (ADHD and dyspraxia), have an autoimmune disorder, and am an introvert 👷🏿‍♀️ - I'm an intersectional feminist. I strive to be an anti-racist. That includes standing against anti-Black racism and standing up an accomplice to the LGBTQ+ community, including trans folk 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ - I'm an accredited leadership coach, masters qualified project manager, & sought-after keynote speaker 🔊 - I'm a mum to an awesome v. wise 8 year old who is doing his best to convince me football is life ⚽️ - I stand against injustices, against genocide (shouldn't we all?) & advocate for a free Palestine, Sudan, Congo and for oppressed people everywhere
