Product + engineering: Drove Clay's pivot from low-code to GTM tool by researching outbound sales market, identifying key user personas and use cases. Created the Clay templates library, developed full-stack features and integrations, led technical workflow building.

Customer + GTM: Shaped transition from SLG to PLG motion, managed slack community (10K users), led hundreds of demos, owned relationships with enterprise customers, created documentation, prioritized customer feedback.
