Coordinating workflow and completing detailed tie-out NAV pack between two systems, which includes but not limited to the below items:
Review cash and position reconciliations, validate new system portfolio pricing
Income and expense accrual in line with old system bookings
Analyze State Street Fund Accounting and Operations business and technical requirements.
Configure and automate products to optimize workflows.
Manage time to maximize agenda and delivery of critical components.
Execute on planned implementation tasks to maximize delivery satisfaction.

Operational Specialist

Act as an intermediary between the funds and their investment manager and serve as a official record keeper for the funds. 
Prepare monthly financial reporting package for the Hedge funds.
Ensuring fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees are accrued and are in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Accurate and timely processing of all capital activities including subscription, redemption, transfers, roll-up and call.
Managing daily cash flow and monitor fund cash flows. Processing incoming and outgoing cash movement related to capital activities.
Independently complete cash, portfolio and capital reconciliation and resolve any discrepancy by investigation.
Creation and maintenance of investor information including payment modes and contact.
Preparation of investor and client reports including audit and trade confirmation.
respond to the queries of external investment manager regarding day to day fund inquires including entering security trades, fees payments, cash position breaks and reconciliation.
Communicates the transactions associated with the funds and work closely with the internal and external clients to provide accurate accounting package.

Senior Financial Analyst

State Street Syntel Services Private Limited (Financial Kpo)

Handling Dailey Cash activities related to the custody and Accounting. Also work on Mannual and Swift Payments, Cash transactions like subscription and redemption, Processing Forex buy and sell institutions received from client. 
Work on cash related queries from external clients and ensure that processed cash reach to the concerned party without any issue. 
As a senior team member work on process improvement and also help new joiners to understand the process.

Process Associate

Working on the US Mutual Funds in NAV Production Team. Handle daily cash flows like subscription, redemption, dividend, expenses and fund management fees of Funds. Reconcile the Tranfer Agent data with accounting share balance and posting journal entries with the help of accounting tools.
