Search.io is an AI-powered search engine and discovery platform allowing businesses to create cutting-edge customer experiences for e-commerce websites and mobile apps. Search.io was acquired by Algolia, in September 2022. 

Pre-Acquisition: I was the first hire in the People/Talent practice and during my tenure, I built a Talent Function from scratch. Some of my achievements include; Building Recruitment Processes across all crafts, creating process docs, guides, and score-cards, Implementing an ATS & supporting tech, Talent Branding across meetups, and online communities, creating a DE&I roadmap, Creation of Competency Rubrics, building HR policies (Parental Leave) and more. 

Post-acquisition; my focus at Algolia was on building out Career Tracks for Data, Dev Rel & Tech Writers. I also built out an Org-Wide DE&I strategy for Algolia.
