    "Mamma, they'll judge me. I'm not going to post this." But, Here's my working energy level in a week. Monday -100% Tuesday - 95% Wednesday - 100% Thursday - 46% Friday - 85% Saturday - 10% Sunday - 100% Recently, I was experimenting with my craft & I found, If I'm taking a break (0) completely from work, the next day I lose my work plot from my mind. But if I'm prioritizing rest with a 10% work mode, it remains the same. It's important to have rest as my day includes, Morning Yoga, Meditation & Journaling. After that, Work, Meetings, and cooking lunch. & After work, Writing, Cardio, and 30min Calisthenics. After all these, I wrap my day up with a mindful reading for 30 minutes at least. So, Have rest days, but never skip twice.  Have rest days, but don't be at 0% completely. Protect your abilities, well-being, and perspective. Your expertise. Your integrity. Your dedication. Your attitude. Your enthusiasm. Your capabilities. Your vitality. Nobody can strip these away from you. The reason why Work is important, but carrying yourself along with the work is more important.     Why do I post late at night on LinkedIn? This, Particular questions have been asked by me a lot from my community. & I answer  with only one thing that, "Posting late at night are my flexible hours". So, Here are 9 Research-backed reasons, 'Why do I post late at night'? 1. Indians use social media before bed & engage this Time.  2. LinkedIn is a side hustle, so this time is perfect for hustle. 3.     My Client, Who's a SaaS founder always cry over that, Whenever he posts on LinkedIn, He hardly gets  15-19 likes per post. So, Jokingly I asked, "If you were to call up 19 people on lunch, How much would it cost? That's freaking, $20,000 & Room will be full of people. Haha! Not because, She has 350k+ subs & quite a personality but because, She found out spying for Pakistan by being an Indian, Living in Indian soil & Breathing in India. Huge Treason. But, People following and supporting her from India were also criminals. Not just her, Navankur aka Yatri Doctor has  done the same, having 1M+ Subscribers on youtube. He found given sensitive information. High time, to ignore such things & keep supporting creators like them. A huge appeal to be Alert. Aware. Vigilant. in times like these. You never know person sitting next to you whether involved in anti-nation act or not. But, If you have doubt on someone regarding that, Inform the officials at once. I don't want to create panic among citizens by saying,  "War is at door", but, we can't avoid. When it  will arrive. Stay Alert & Identify enemies of country both outside & Inside India.                   💥 Reality check: Karnataka's Hindi hatred is tearing India apart, one conversation at a time. Numbers don't lie: Hindi speakers - 48.56 crores vs Kannada speakers - 5.87 crores That's 40.10% vs 4.84% of India's population. But apparently, the majority should learn the minority language to "respect local culture"? Since when? Here's my challenge to the language fundamentalists: If I get transferred to Bengal tomorrow: → Should I become fluent in Bengali first? If my startup expands to Maharashtra: → Do I need a Marathi certificate? Should I master Gujarati before attending a business meeting in Ahmedabad? Kya poori zindagi sirf bhasha seekhne mein hi nikal jaani chahiye? This isn't cultural pride. This is constitutional terrorism. You're violating: Article 19 (Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression) Article 14 (Right to Equality) In broad daylight. India's greatest strength was always that: → A Tamilian could work in Haryana → A Haryanvi could succeed in Kerala → Everyone could communicate through our bridge languages - Hindi and English. 📌 Destroy this unity, and you destroy India's soul. I choose Constitution over regional politics. I choose BHARAT 🇮🇳 over Karnataka. I choose unity over division. And if that makes me unpopular, so be it. Truth was never meant to be popular.
