Why LinkedIn is a Blessing for SaaS Founders in Early Stages? I've observed something interesting - nearly all early-stage SaaS founders are trapped in the LinkedIn hamster wheel. They're following the standard playbook: Crafting those engagement-bait posts Dutifully engaging with fellow founders' content Documenting their "journey" with build-in-public updates But here's the harsh truth I've discovered through my "$5M ARR SaaS Blueprint" program. These activities rarely translate to what actually matters: Growing a qualified subscriber base Securing those critical early deals Building genuine customer loyalty Looking across dozens of SaaS founder profiles, I notice the same vague value propositions: "We're revolutionizing the [X] space!" "Disrupting how companies handle [Z]" "Building the next big thing in [Y] industry" Missing entirely? Any mention of the specific customer problems they solve. If you're truly committed to scaling your SaaS business, simplify your focus to just two critical activities; 1. Create content that addresses your ideal customers'  actual pain points (not other founders'). 2. Initiate meaningful conversations  with potential clients who  engage with solutions. This straightforward approach represents about 80% of what drives early success. Everything else? Mostly noise. (Unless your business model is becoming a "founder influencer" teaching other founders how to gain LinkedIn followers... in which case, carry on with those generic updates!) P.S. Hi SaaS Founders, This is for you; 🔥My "$5M ARR SaaS Blueprint" has helped dozens of founders transform their acquisition strategy. DM me with "BLUEPRINT" to schedule a free 30-minute strategy session where we'll identify your biggest growth opportunities. Let's build something that actually sells instead of just gets likes. If I had to rebuild my LinkedIn presence from scratch... Here are 9 game-changing moves I'd make. ↓ 1. Rally behind industry peers who share my vision 2. Deliberately engage with 5-10 → Influential Voices 3. Connect with 10-20 emerging creators before they blow up 4. Invest an extra 2 hours in meaningful engagement 5.. Immerse myself in conversations in my niche 6. Publish quality content 3-4 times weekly 7. Expand ideas through strategic pinned comments 8. Reach out to prospects with personalized messages 9. "I have 99 thoughts to write on LinkedIn, but don't know where to start? If you're confused with the writing, do this. - Pick one problem - Hypothesize the problem - Build a prototype around the problem - Read the competitors - Find the gap in the market - Prepare the solution Now, write everything on it as a story with personal experience. Viral Framework; Pain > Personal story > Motivation or Inspire > Empathy > solution > CTA = SUCCESS. ✨ Clear > Clever. Simple > Complex. Recently, When Pakistan's Terrorists attacked in Pahalgam on Civilians, I Got exposed to one thing & It's, Geopolitics. When that attack happened & received info about such heinous massacre, I was Shattered. I asked questions to myself, "Why didn't I join Indian Army?" Because, I was completely disheartened because of the way, Genocide happened on the basis of Hindu Identity. & I was hoping that, "Wish I Could have a chance to Avenge my Hindu brothers." But, I realized, "I really couldn't do anything in this", except  for the fact to support & believe decision-makers,  Who're doing their job at the table of GOI. But, I didn't stop here only. I felt, both as a Civilian & Nationalist my only job is to, Stay strong & prohibit people fall in fake propogandas in times like these. So, What I did is, I went over the  Internet. Watched & Consumed every Content, Research, Official papers & Narratives, That exposed me to the World of Geopolitics & How it works. Through this, I came to know that this massacre was just a Bait to make India fall into a War-trap webbed by Pakistan (for sure) & 2-3 other major countries, In order to stop India's economy growth rate. When already Tarriff war is going on & Major countries are looking towards India to  set up their manufacturing units & plants & Shift their setups from China to India. And India was under pressure to respond — without falling into a trap. But, At the table of GOI, Our officials have mastered this game & reason why, We have taken a non-escalatory strike & going Strategically. So far, We've only bombarded on terrorist organizations & Infact, Pakistan is under trap now that, "If Pak retaliated, They might lose one region of POK. So, This is not a border issue. It’s a geopolitical chess game. Reason why, Learning & knowing Geopolitics becomes important for everyone. Geoplotics, - Sets Narratives of Core-Elements - Helps you shape your perspective - Makes you a True & Strong → Patriot - Helps understand the real Foe & Friend - Makes you love your country as a Nationalist & -  Don't forget that, Geopolitics can even predict the businesses downfall and their rise so that business leaders can stay ready to audit their strategies in such a way that, It benefits both Indian economy & their Valuation. This is what, - Geopolitics for your Business - Geopolitics for your Nation  - Geopolitics for you My only request is from Indians is, - Have Patience - Trust in Government - Show support to the country - Stand by with each other, do your Work Because, in geopolitics patience isn’t weakness. It’s strategy. & Learning Geopolitics isn't just need but an urgency.   At Last, I am a Proud Bharatiya. Jai Hind. 🇮🇳 P.S. Who else here is interested in Geopolitics? My Client, Who's a SaaS founder always cry over that, Whenever he posts on LinkedIn, He hardly gets  15-19 likes per post. So, Jokingly I asked, "If you were to call up 19 people on lunch, How much would it cost? That's freaking, $20,000 & Room will be full of people. Haha! This is one of the main problem I  hear everytime from SaaS founders. They don't understand metrics isn't important, Communication is Even 1 like can be a potential buyer of your product. Who knows out of those 15-19 likes, 5 are your main buyers & even better, who knows out of 5, 1 Buys from you. & That guy buys $200 plan monthly. For SaaS founders what important is, - Reaching the right Audience - Finding their core pain & problems - Communicating with them efficiently Likes and Impressions are just appreciation for your good work, Even 1 like & Comment is appreciable. So, Stay Motivated. Keep making. Keep following Ankur Mehrol ✨ Not your next-door SaaS marketer. #linkedInbranding #saasfounders #usafounders #saasmarketer #saas #ukfounders

Ever wonder why some people seem to have a magic touch on LinkedIn while others are just... there? I'll let you in on a secret: It's not magic. It's method 🎯 Last month, I was stuck. Posting regularly but barely getting traction. Then I switched up my game plan, and holy moly – everything changed. Here's the real talk on what actually moves the needle: 1. Stop being a "drive-by" networker → Spark Real & Authentic conversations → Spend just 20 minutes each morning → Always Drop meaningful comments → No "Great post!" → garbage → Actually add value in real Trust me, people notice. 2. Find your crew → Share wins AND flops → Hold each other accountable → Learn together, grow together → Team up with 5 other growth-minded pros 3. Get nerdy with your numbers → Analyze engagement patterns → Monitor follower growth → Track weekly metrics → Measure post-reach Sounds boring? Maybe. But you can't improve what you don't measure. Here's what nobody talks about... The hardest part isn't knowing what to do. It's showing up consistently when it feels like nobody's watching. What you need to remember: → That person you want to message? Send it → Those numbers looking small? Keep tracking → That post you're hesitating to share? Hit publish Because here's the truth: Momentum is the hardest thing to get and the easiest thing to lose. Remember: A year from now, you'll wish you had started today. Ankur Mehrol 🌟

Jyoti Malhotra has been trending since last 24 hours. Not because, She has 350k+ subs & quite a personality but because, She found out spying for Pakistan by being an Indian, Living in Indian soil & Breathing in India. Huge Treason. But, People following and supporting her from India were also criminals. Not just her, Navankur aka Yatri Doctor has  done the same, having 1M+ Subscribers on youtube. He found given sensitive information. Investigation has revealed that, Jyoti shares good relations with Danish (A officer) in Pakistan High Comission and so does, Navankur. 🚨She has met with Maryam Nawaz.  🚨Jyoti has visited Pahalgam & then  🚨Pakistan before Genocide happened.  🚨(Connect the dots.) She captures all the  🚨movements & Posts by Indian army on behalf of vlogs. I don't understand why these creators haven't been caught before all these but, I'm sure they have put huge shame on creators & Nation as well. However, I believe that it's a responsibility of normal civilians also to, Identify. Observe. Watch carefully,  Their behaviors & politcal stance. High time, to ignore such things & keep supporting creators like them. A huge appeal to be Alert. Aware. Vigilant. in times like these. You never know person sitting next to you whether involved in anti-nation act or not. But, If you have doubt on someone regarding that, Inform the officials at once. I don't want to create panic among citizens by saying,  "War is at door", but, we can't avoid. When it  will arrive. Stay Alert & Identify enemies of country both outside & Inside India. Because, Our armed forces is quite strong to fight battles on the borders but, Within borders, it's really hard & difficult & endless. So, To whomever you're supporting and watching make sure that, He or She not producing fake narratives & involved in anti-nation activities. Be vigilant. Thankyou so much for reading this. 💥 Reality check: Karnataka's Hindi hatred is tearing India apart, one conversation at a time. Numbers don't lie: Hindi speakers - 48.56 crores vs Kannada speakers - 5.87 crores That's 40.10% vs 4.84% of India's population. But apparently, the majority should learn the minority language to "respect local culture"? Since when? Here's my challenge to the language fundamentalists: If I get transferred to Bengal tomorrow: → Should I become fluent in Bengali first? If my startup expands to Maharashtra: → Do I need a Marathi certificate? Should I master Gujarati before attending a business meeting in Ahmedabad? Kya poori zindagi sirf bhasha seekhne mein hi nikal jaani chahiye? This isn't cultural pride. This is constitutional terrorism. You're violating: Article 19 (Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression) Article 14 (Right to Equality) In broad daylight. India's greatest strength was always that: → A Tamilian could work in Haryana → A Haryanvi could succeed in Kerala → Everyone could communicate through our bridge languages - Hindi and English. 📌 Destroy this unity, and you destroy India's soul. I choose Constitution over regional politics. I choose BHARAT 🇮🇳 over Karnataka. I choose unity over division. And if that makes me unpopular, so be it. Truth was never meant to be popular. Or agar ye issue agar continue hota rehe then we Indians divided hi reh jayenge. p.s. what's your take on this language issue? Ankur Mehrol ✨

"I'll do it. Once, 'I'll get the Job." "I'll do it. Once, 'Schools' will be done." "I'll do it. Once, 'This Month' will be over." "I'll do it. Once, 'My Exams' will be done." "I'll do it. Once, 'Graduations' will be done." "I'll do it. Once, I'll have the Perfect timings." And we all thought this, "Once" would come one day. But it didn’t. & Believe me! It never ever will. This myth of  the "perfect time" is nothing but a clever  disguise for our procrastination—or our Fear of starting. Until recently, I have mapped my journey the same way; "Let me finish my CAT first, then  I'll chase what truly matters to me, finally!" But this year, something profound shifted within me: Why should my passions wait in line behind my obligations? Why can't fulfillment and responsibility dance together in my daily life? I can. And I am. None of us has seen tomorrow, none of us owns it as a guarantee. So why postpone living?   Embrace the present moment.  Break free from self-imposed chains.  Balance priorities, take that first step, and simply EXIST FULLY. Trust me, that hollow feeling watching others pursue their dreams will dissolve.  And you'll witness genuine transformation unfold—in your work, connections, and personal evolution. TODAY - is not just another day.  TODAY - is your moment to begin. P.S. The most powerful voice in the room often belongs to the quietest person. - In our rush-to-speak culture,  - We've forgotten that silence isn't  - empty—it's full of intention with Value. I've noticed something in leadership that; Those who, 🔵Observes more on Important aspects. 🔵Listen more than they → Talk.  🔵Pause before they speak. They often deliver the insights that change everything. Quiet leaders teach us this: - Thoughtful words carry more weight than quick answer. - True influence comes from adding value, not volume - Strength doesn't always announce → by itself  - Deep listening reveals what others can miss - The best ideas need space to breathe To be a leader, I'm working on: 🔵Amplifying the voices that tend to stay quiet 🔵Creating more space for reflection in meetings 🔵Asking better questions instead of rushing to answers The person who sits back and listens, they're not being passive—they're being strategic. The next time you're in a room full of voices, pay attention to the quiet ones. They might just have the perspective that shifts everything. What's your experience with quiet leadership?
