Lipton teas and infusions is a divestiture from Unilever and comprises the entire tea business of Unilever barring the India and Indonesia businesses.


Ankush played a guiding role in the establishment of the IT COE/GCC in Bangalore, India in terms of both Hiring and talent plus ensuring that the IT team has a place at the table during the separation design. 


Setup and Separation 

As the IT lead for the GTM and O2C capability Ankush is responsible for identifying key vendors, Key designs and applications for the Route to Market area. 

Collaborating with the global business owners on the design of the future lipton landscape and sometimes playing the devil’s advocate to ensure that the business requirements are kept in check with the MVP principles in mind and not to overrun IT implementation  costs and complexity was all in a days work during my tenure from Aug 2021 to July 2023.

This Also included Identifying key vendors , technical and commercial scope discussions with SAP, Accenture and a bunch of TPM solution providers for the global setup of Lipton Teas and Infusions.

Lipton teas and infusions is a divestiture from Unilever and comprises the entire tea business of Unilever barring the India and Indonesia businesses.
It was bought over by CVC, a private equity partner in 2022 and the full separation of the business as an independent entity culminated in 2023 July.

Partook in the design of the separation architecture of Lipton tea business from Unilever.
Established the MVP design for O2C and GTM ( Retail execution, customer services and TPM) in collaboration with the global business owners.
