As a direct report of Tivity’s  Healthcare Division President, my priorities include not only accountability for 70+ client relationships, but also executing on client commitments across our various products.  Leadership expectations include supporting my team’s alignment and strategic collaboration with current customers as well as new prospects. Tivity is committed to being a best partner with our customers. As a best partner, we must be actively engaged as an Account Management team to be certain we are supporting business goals and strategic priorities. Success includes my active collaboration across Tivity with our Experience, Product, Network, Analytics and Customer Support leaders. This collaboration helps to deliver on the Tivity mission of empowering older adults to live their best lives – with vitality, dignity, and purpose.

As a direct report of Tivity’s Chief Growth Officer, my priorities include not only executing on client commitments across our various products, but supporting my team’s alignment and strategic collaboration of our 60+ customers.  The Client Relations Team includes Account Executives, Account Directors, and field-based Territory Managers.  This team is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue from current clients across all business lines.
