I have spent years in positions that have challenged me to grow my interpersonal skills. The positions I have held have all been very customer service heavy and required lots of team work. Although drastically different each time, the common thread has always been effective communication between myself and customers/clients as well as my fellow employees. These skills have molded my personality into one well suited for a sales position. I have always been interested in sales but doubted I had the expertise to be successful. That was until I discovered an intensive course in technology sales development: Course Careers. I was able to learn about sales basics, the SPIN method, BANT, discovery qualification, cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. I was also able to get hands-on experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, and Apollo. Now that I have completed the course, I would love the opportunity to apply my knowledge, transferable skills, grit, and determination to a Sales/Business Development position.
